Associate Veterinary Receptionists

To be eligible to register for the Associate Veterinary Receptionist status you are required to complete a set amount of training accredited by AVRA.

The Register of Associate Veterinary Receptionists is maintained by AVRA.

How do I become an AVRA Associate Veterinary Receptionist?

For initial registration as an AVRA Associate Veterinary Receptionist you must;

  • Complete the entire set of AVRA accredited training.
  • Register as a Veterinary Receptionist and pay the initial fee.
  • Complete 5 hours of CPD (provided by AVRA).

For renewal of registration as an AVRA Associate Veterinary Receptionist you must;

  • Complete 5 hours of CPD per annum (provided by AVRA).
  • Complete 3 case logs.
  • Pay the renewal fee.
